Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, Doc Brown’s offers free shipping for all orders over $50 and $5 flat rate shipping for orders under $50.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your product ships. Most orders ship within two business days.
When will I get my Doc Brown’s order?
Delivery takes 3-5 business days in the domestic U.S., but may take longer due to unforeseen delays.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund you the purchase minus shipping costs or exchange for the same product. See our Doc Brown’s Promise for more information.
What if I don’t receive my Doc Brown’s order?
Please check the tracking information that was emailed to you when your products shipped. If you cannot locate your package contact us at support@docbrowns.com within 14-days of placing an order so we can complete an inquiry and initiate a replacement or refund of your order if it has been determined to be lost.

Thank you for your purchase! We believe in our CBD products and want you to find the products that best fit your unique needs. With our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, you can try our products for 30 days to see if they work for you.
We believe CBD products should be used as a daily supplement and an individual’s response may vary depending on the length of time used. We encourage you to try the product for at least two weeks to allow your body to adjust. If you find you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, simply fill out our Refund Request Form. No returns are necessary, although we may request that the product be returned in the case of damage or quality issues for quality assurance.
The 30-day satisfaction guarantee only applies to first-time purchases of any product from DocBrowns.com. Doc Brown’s will not issue refunds or credits from purchases made in retail stores or other online resellers. If you purchase multiple quantities of the same product, Doc Brown’s will only issue a refund or credit for the price of a single quantity of the same product.
Refunds issued are for the price paid by the customer and exclude the cost of shipping. All claims must be made to Doc Brown’s within the 30-day window after delivery. Requests made after the 30-day window are accepted solely at the discretion of Doc Brown’s.
All Refund Request Forms are subject to review and refunds/credits are provided at the sole discretion of Doc Brown’s. Doc Brown’s reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits at any time for orders that exhibit indications of fraudulent behavior.
